He turned up when he said he would, thoroughly explained our options, answered our questions and managed to install the unit within the week, just in time for the hot weather. We were particularly impressed with the after-installation support provided by BK Air Tech. Due to the wall we chose to have the unit installed on (and our decision to avoid using a drain pump) there was some work required afterwards by a plasterer and painter. Beven assisted us in securing excellent tradespeople who we able to complete the work within days. Bevan followed up after each step to make sure that we were satisfied.
