We are a Mitsubishi Electric Accredited Service Provider and a service agent for Midea, Mitsubishi Electric and GREE. All electrical work is performed by a licensed electrician and included in our quoted prices, with no separate bill to follow. Our work includes high-wall split and ducted systems, AirTouch smart zoning, commercial refrigeration, ice machine repairs and VEU gas-to-electric heating upgrades. We had a spilt system air conditioner installed by BK Air Tech in the lead up to Christmas. We found Bevan to be reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He turned up when he said he would, thoroughly explained our options, answered our questions and managed to install the unit within the week, just in time for the hot weather. We were particularly impressed with the after-installation support provided by BK Air Tech. Due to the wall we chose to have the unit installed on (and our decision to avoid using a drain pump) there was some work required afterwards by a plasterer and painter. Beven assisted us in securing excellent tradespeople who we able to complete the work within days. Bevan followed up after each step to make sure that we were satisfied. The unit has been running perfectly over Summer and we are very happy. We recommend BK Air Tech and would use their services again in the future.

Excellent Split System Installation – Highly Recommended! Today I had a split system installed and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. He took the time to assess the best placement for the unit, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood how to operate it before he left. The installation itself was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. His workmanship is spotless—neat, clean, and no mess left behind. He even went out of his way to ensure the part on the outside was hidden inside the wall cavity so it wasn’t an eyesore at the front of the house. The system is running perfectly and has already made such a difference in keeping the home comfortable. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and commitment to quality.
